Spring Scenery Poem by Kinsley Lee

Spring Scenery

Springlight's green. When seeking for the spring,
We meet a twin shade of the greenish thing.

Springlight's a golden chain and lace,
Which gleaming bright in the sunlight's embrace.

Springlight's a jade-green skirt of marquise,
Which swaying gently in the southern breeze.

Springlight shimmers across the field,
A rosy haze is the first love's yield.

Springlight's a seagull's wingbeat, glidin'
O'er the lake, longing for season.

Springlight's a festival that embroidering flowers
On the mounts and fields by festive showers.

Springlight's the ripples of glittering silver,
Which dancing atop the hometown river.

Springlight's a Shangri-La filled with fado,
Which departing for finding fragrant El-Dorado.

Chorus

The colors of spring are ever-changing,
The frozen land, that is melting,
Is a mother's vast and boundless heart,
Is a mother's vast and boundless heart.
