Spring Is In The Air Poem by Jennifer Birchall

Spring Is In The Air

Rating: 5.0

The early morning sun, warm as it hit my face
My heart wanted to dance like daffodils in a breeze
Birds were singing a song in chorus
An alarm clock for animals in winters slumber
Feeling as fresh as newly cut grass
The season of new life, spring is in the air

" an alarm clock for animals in winters slumber, birds singing a song in chorus" An outstanding expression coming from a poetess indicating keen observation of nature's marvels. Thanks for sharing.
