Spring Eternal...Excerpt From..I Sense My Thirst

You are the essence of a love eternal,
the elation as the seasons spin,
For eternally you remain in a love affair.
The smell of incense fills your deep,
As the candle keeps burning inside.
Kissed is your soul at this hour of delight,
for in such burning, alight is your heart
as the night sky sends streaks of light.

No agony can crush you,
No desire can consume you,
For you are the treasure of all treasures..
Upon the path, if you fall to pieces,
you part your lips to sing a song,
With tender soul you kiss your wound,
For the gem of gems, you hunt inside...

You are the immortal, a life beyond life,
for the light you are seeded with,
never wanes in the dark.
You are the crown of conquest in glory,
For in you, there is a springtime eternal.
In your face, autumn cries in a joy, intense,
For every leaf that falls, leaves a melody behind,
In your river of tears is the flow of joy,
For the teardrops turn into pearls of light,
and jewels gleam in the dark of crevice.
For you are you, eternal in spirit,
Youthful, with spring.

You are the river to the barren plains in thirst,
the pitcher full to the lips run dry,
You are the wine to a lover's lips,
You are the 'self' slipping off your earthly robe.....
