Spreading the cancer, it's a deadly disease
A silent killer that brings people to their knees
It creeps and crawls, without a sound
Infiltrating every inch of the ground
In the darkness, it thrives
Taking away innocent lives
Like a wildfire, it spreads
Leaving behind a trail of dread
It starts with a single cell
And soon, it's impossible to quell
It grows and multiplies, out of control
Affecting both the body and soul
From the lungs to the brain
It causes nothing but pain
No one is immune, no one is safe
It takes over with such a savage pace
The treatments are harsh, and the battle is long
But those fighting never lose hope, they stay strong
They endure the pain, the fear and the tears
Hoping that one day, they'll conquer their fears
But while some may win, many will lose
Leaving behind loved ones with hearts full of bruise
It's a battle that's fought with courage and grace
But it's a war that no one wants to face
Spreading the cancer, it's a tragedy
A disease that brings nothing but agony
We must raise awareness, we must take a stand
To find a cure and lend a helping hand
So let's join together, and spread love instead
Because when we unite, we can conquer the dread
Let's be the light in the darkness of this fight
And together, spread hope with all our might.
