The Nafi Isbat Zikr
Sit facing to the qibla as we perform sizdah for swalat! Recite Niyaah: I am turned and attended to my qalb, via My morshed kibla's qalb, it is turned to Allah ta'ala! As per Nisbaat of AHMADIA TARIQA let Nafi Isbaat Zikr & the Fayez of Noor come to my qalb from Allah ta'ala! The last point of Creation is called TAHA-TAS-SARA! The naval of Human body is considered as Taha-tas-saara! From this point Pull 'La' with strength & reach till Right Shoulder! The sound 'ILaha' will be pulled from the right shoulder to the Last point of Creation unknown! From the last point of creation, let pull 'ILLah' to downward touching scalp, forehead (the place of sizdah) , nose head, chest middle(the valley of the two breast) to stamp the naval root! From the naval root stamp the qalb in the slanting manner with last sound of 'Allah'(la Ilaha Illal Lah) ! Imagine that you are removing all things from your qalb! So the Zikr runs as la Ilaahaa Ilal Lah.....more or less 100 times!

Then meditate there is no maa'bud except Allah! Imagine that there is none to feed, drink, beat, meetup all needs, fulfill the hopes, scare or love! So now meditate LA MAA'BUDAH ILLAL LAH! There is no maa'bud except Allah! Whom you love becomes a Maa'bud, whom you follow is a maa'abud, who you want becomes a maa'abud, whom you think of is a maa'abud, whom you know as dear is a maa'abud- these are all fake maa'abud! If you follow the fake maa'abud, The Doonia will kick on your chest! when you dissatisfied the Doonia to catch the real maa'abud; the doonia will follow you to the leg! The people who follow the fake maa'abud shall weep, weep in the Death, weep in the grave, weep in the life here after! weep will be as: - wait let me see the all things for the last time, but Azraail As will not allow you..but the audio of an wali will be: sweet call ' Yaa aiyaatuhaan nafsul mootmaa yinnaah toorziyee ilaa rabbiki radiaatam maardiah faadkhulifi idbaadi waakhuli zannati'
