the poet may not be writing for the many the few
the poet may be writing for the few or only the one
correspondence in enduring friendship honoureded
correspondence in enduring friendship cherished
correspondence in enduring friendship never commented
remains in sacred trust in private not public correspondence
the poet may be writing across distance time space for the one
the one still yet to come who will read words long past written
messages transcend time will reach that mind in awaited time
interaction is time seed gifted to a time an age yet to come
spirit moment now connecting to dimensional time frame then
ideas concepts born in past ages time cycle to future ages
minds past pursue thought wonder in time to be reborn
philosophers poets ideas in gift age wait to enrich future lives
ideas thoughts past sacred inspired honoured guarded
do not easily die do not wither decay live to inspire lives
time seeds endure frost darkness centuries of darkness
in due season in a breath spring of new inspired ideas
in a summer kind in temperatures favouring good growth
is abundance harvest grown gathered in time harvested lives
