Spin On Love Poem by Rue Palmer

Spin On Love

The world is always turning
This is the testament of Scubie,
in so many words, spinning a few circles and back.

Since the beginning, first is first
God is love and all things follow
So where did we go bonkers, for to love
yourself must be in good hands to give it
your heart must be full, the girl next door say
love is something you give from the heart,
then love is not lonely, for lonely is cold personal and stagnant.

Love is blind, but who is looking how will it find me
Love is silent so is my mind before the storm
Love is kind, so how come am so hungry
Love is love, hell no, what is the meaning of that really
Love can never be love, for without God there is still love

Sister Girl says love is an unconditional feelings of affection
for someone. Come on now, the trees around me say not so,
for God gave His son for our love, I gave my Son for the world
yet this is my spin on love.

So is love honest decent and kind, humble and mild
some time silly and funny, my man John say it is all about caring
and trusting, I say he never love, for with everything he may be right
it is universal, in the air free from grime and dust. Willy say love
is always looking out, preacher man say it is principle, may be in his world
for God is still love today default was never an option.

Sher says love is a deep warm feeling that melt your inside,
so outside can be manifested in His words tracks on earth, it has to be
felt nourished and delicately turned, for love is the good side of your heart
and that is all God's desire… stay in the moment for He lives in your good side
