Kostas, this poem reminds me of something John Donne would write. It's pretty powerful. Donne has written a poem called The Flea, I believe, concerning a flea's bite. Dennis

Donne's poem The Flea is about a flea biting humans, thus commingling the blood of several persons in the flea itself.
I found a greek translation of the Flea and read it, then I read the english original and a few other poems of Donne. His poetry is extraordinary
