Soul to soul in healthy spirits

My soul sings with joy
Thankful to partake of another day
It's easy to be morbidly gloomy
Watching the horror scenes unfold
Then i look around me
And realise all my blessings are free.

Wherever you are i hope your feel the same
That your soul sings too
That thus far we've been granted good health
Inspite of the waves and waves of diseases
We are healthy in good spirits
And we thankfully feel it

May our souls remain healthy in good spirits
