David and Daniel
Are the beautiful names
Of the divine gifts of mine
A succour to my soul

Five most wonderful daughters before them
Beautiful and gracefully endowed angels
Who gladdens my heart every minute

What else could i ask of
When I have the best of all

And then it pleased the almighty
To bless me with two in one
David and Daniel, men of valour

Thanks and praises to Him who knows all
For the perfect gift of seven
