Sonnet To The Broken Down Man Poem by Timothy Long

Sonnet To The Broken Down Man

The drugs and wildlife finally got to a man who changed what he wrote and life of all that he met, living dangerously that his admit choices would never destroy him, his body ached in everyway, he tried to realize the fame of his youth, all the work didn't compare to earlier that was read and praised, born in brilliance but also born a horrified soul, all the mistakes and horrors that transpired in a way of tumbling into brokenness, his life was angry and always out of control but in his mind it was his way to survive in his world, he signs into this life waiting for that message to stay as well as he thought the sight he saw was silence and it cut him deep, deeper then any once ever knew, he did what he wanted and said what he needed and in the end he broke in a happyish way that's misunderstood, he was not for this world as god wants him back, he was broken but his choice to end the brokenness and fare all.
