What can I say Stephanie! Beautiful writing! I love reading sonnets! I also love to write sonnets as well! Awesome! You have got my ten! Mothers are very sentimental!

This is a lovely poem, Stephanie and written in my favorite form, a sonnet. Regards Ron

It's very difficult to write in the sonnet form and you've done really well with this. I especially like the line: 'The lawns that stretch across the land are pearled.' because it suggests that the dew drops are precious just like pearls are. I don't think it is about your own mother, I think it is about mother earth herself. It is very beautiful.
