Beautiful, relaxing poem. I love the eveningtime - we have some beautiful sunsets here in Missouri. I sit at my kitchen table and watch the setting sun, and peace comes over me. And you're right - when the day has been well-spent, it is so rewarding to look back on it.

As we get older the days just seem to get shorter. We need to make the most of them. A great poem.

With night descending on us, it is time to draw back from places of work to sit back, to relax, to unwind and to enjoy the calm! A beautiful sonnet!
