Somewhere In My Past Poem by Minerva Agriam

Somewhere In My Past

I met you only once, but I kept
Wondering why you seem so familiar.

You kissed me only once, but I kept
Wondering why your touch stayed forever.

Could it be true, could it be real.
That somewhere in my past we've been together.

I met you only that night, but I kept
Wondering why it seem I'd known you all my life.

You held me only once, but I kept on
Wondering why it seems you're holding me forever.

Could it be true, could it be real,
That somewhere in my past we're together?
