Somewhere along the way....we've conveniently forgot

Are we not brothers and sisters in life
Sharing the burdens of each other's strife
Are we not brothers and sisters in life

Whenever the Nation is threatened....we're called out to war
......None greater love for the other...historically so far....
Whenever the Nation is threatened and we're called out to war

With bread on our tables...our brothers have none
....Uncaring that monster we now have become
With bread on our tables...though our brothers have none

Followers of Christianity in Jesus' name
.....Denying the "sick and lame".......yet claim
Followers of Christianity in Jesus' name....

Where we go to from here...it's abundantly clear
We've long lost our way when we shed not a tear...
It's abundantly clear...where we go to......from here
