I cant say those words, not tonight.
But someday I just might
Cause at night its you I dream.
And in my head its your face I see.
Its with you that I smile.
Its because of you that I run those miles.
And its only you that makes the pain go away.
And only you that I want to stay.
But as much as I feel those words.
Youre just a boy and im just a girl.
And I cant trust you not to make me cry.
And i dont know if its all just a lie.
But I know that you could break me apart.
Just with one word you could break my heart.
So how do I know you wont do that to me.
How can I trust the boy of my dreams.
How can I make sure that you'll stay.
How can I trust you to not run away.
When I cant even tell you how I feel.
How am I to know if this is real.
When even though those words are true.
I just cant say them not to you.
But I know that someday I just might.
Someday just not tonight.
