Somber Substitution Poem by John Sensele

Somber Substitution

No efficient exchange, a somber substitution of sergeants
As the world witnesses with worry
Driven directly to dream dents
Planned and pursued to parry

Medicare and scare
Millions of medium monetary members
Whose medical matters fare
Less well in embers

Burning and brimming with boast
Portrayed as prime pivots to a future culture
Seething with a multitude of solitude attitude on a coast
Whose horizon and horticulture

Need breeds of seeds of savvy
Patience, conscience and sapience
Intelligent enough to levy
Expediency, truancy and fancy finance with or without loss licence.
