SOLITUDE OF MY HEART
Seen in garden flowers and thorns
Live in harmony unlike we human beings

Being human, we live like adversaries and enemies
There always exists trust deficit like two banks of a river

Had a chance to look into mirror after a long gap
Face to face in front of mirror, saw a known stranger

Saw far off hutment set on flame
Asked self why again this destruction

Came message few more huntment set on fire
By forces of darkness, ignorant, intolerant and hatred

What an irony whom I would consider others
Saved my life from communal frenzy and madness

After along gap, I saw the intolerant in the temple
What made him to think of God for atonement

There was light all around except in my house
Thought of giving shelter to darkness for a night! !

The one who was once very close to my heart
When met by chance behaved like a stranger

People often talk of solitude of vast desert
No one knows the abandoned solitude of million.
