Hi Geetha, There is probably nobody in the world who has not experienced the pangs of solitude. That is why we can easily relate to the feeling. And when we speak about Sun, at the top everybody is alone.. Thank you. For your wonderful words of appreciation.
I am not well versed with this kind of sophisticated poems and have never attempted it. But i am all praise for those who make an attempt and succeed too. Unni, you are a poet with high calibre. Solitude with such glow of the sun is a wonderful imagery with clouds standing aside at a distance. Beautiful! A full 10
Hi Geeta I am not familiar with tiny poems. As you would have noticed, I write fairly long ones. But, after seeing Susan's Hynaku, I just attempted this. I am elated that you liked it. Thank you.
Solitude Sun suffers, Clouds keep distance- - - -Sun, the most powerful, with bright light also suffers from loneliness as clouds keep distance.A deep meaningful poem ! ! !
Hi Bharati, While at the top, everybody is alone. Loneliness is so piercing there. One has nobody to share ons's mind. The Vidhuushaks in the plays of Kalidas is a far cry for a friend. Loneliness is like the FIRE burning sun from inside.
I just remembered a couple of lines from a ghazal by Jagjit Singh, Apne raat ke cchat par kitna Tanha hoga chaand.......
A beautiful haynaku has been shared with nice theme. The elements of solitude are well expressed in concise. Thanks for sharing.
Sir, As Mr Naseer has mentioned below, everyone would have experienced the pangs of solitude at least once in the lifetime. And a noble soul like Jesus Christ, who is immune to pain, would definitely have been subjected to the same pangs, as Nikon Kasandzakis has written. Thank you.
On Cross Jesus felt his solitude.Every one in life-time will feel that at least once.
Solitude is the best companion
