An excellent poem that makes me read again and again...the bonding between the soldier and his mother...you have crafted an extraordinary poem...kudos Dillip...and thanks for all your comments
A melancholy and beautiful tale of death, sacrifice and love.5 stars full.
A great patriotic sacrifice was it to let her son serve in the forces. However she died in peace and full satisfaction

marvelous and majestic like the soldier's mother...an honourable write
Simply brilliant..... enjoyed thoroughly.......thank u, sir......
a tender poem of love during the midst of bloodshed, fear, and human disaster---5 stars of course
There is something about having a military son that calls out patriotism!
