Societies Reject Poem by Christopher Cariad

Societies Reject

How can someone be so angry
At the world today?
To hate another man
For speaking in their unique way!
Their anger causing wars
That need not be forgotten.
Making chaos over mere bearing,
Freedom is what we want, but not what we like.
We take these lives,
That have changed the world
And toss them aside, continuing this course.
These men will live in infamy
As saying such harsh words
To the imprisoned of society,
Trying to change the world's course.
Towards a path of being free
From the bondage set by man,
These set of new pioneers
Break fourth on thy land.
Saving these men from words
Harmed by so many
And breaking fourth a new course,
Payed for in plenty.
