socialism in political connotation may carry different meaning. Whether USSR had failed as a socialistic or a communist country is a major question for scholars to do research, though it was fragmented due to external as well as internal pressure. The amount of economic benefit the USSR citizens got is immeasurable when we compare the democratic Indian system with that system. but as a poet your views are appreciated and I enjoyed reading this poem.
