Soaring Highest Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

Soaring Highest

Rating: 5.0

I'm just a grain of sand
only visible in the palm of your hand
I am dust in the far land
the air of life in so many blends

but this little grain of sand
constantly survive
all kinds
of lives

I'm so tiny
not worth a penny
but no tools can break me
in the foreign land of sovereignty

I can only produce myself
after having dug deep, deepest delved
the smallest on earth
in many eyes not a pennyworth

but in the palm of your hand
I am soaring highest in any land
