Dear Patti, How I really, really wish reality was just like this The sacrifices made by brave soldiers with lofty ideals, Do they really guarantee our freedom Or does yet another useless war jeopardise it still a little more? I know the brave soldiers deserve all the grace and salutes you give But are they, in todays world, much more than pawns in the hands of greedy politicians? I am not sure myself, but I often ponder...

This is a very proud one for any soldier to read or any of our countrymen for that matter. You took time and thought and considered it much and it shows.
