This was a poem that I wrote to my ex-boyfriend (While we were dating) and was the inspiration for the only song I've written, which can be found here titled 'My Knight In Shining Armor'

You could never understand what you mean to me
You'll never know that your smile makes me weak
When I look at you I can't explain what I feel
Being with you just makes me feel real
But it's so much more than just that one thought
It's just so complex, you're the one that I've sought
I wanted someone to take away the pain
That someone was you, all hate you have slain
You're my knight in shining armor, yet you're much more
But I still don't know how to explain my adore
Is it a crush, is it lust, is it something planned up above
No, it's four little words and together they spell love
