So Great Is Our God
So great is our God in wisdom and understanding
His ways...are beyond our finding out
He spoke...this world came into being
Who can tell...how God has brought it about
O I stand...I stand in awesome wonder
But a speck of dust in my Father's eyes
Yet He loved...He lovedwith such compassion
And came Himself from yonder Heaven's skies
May your heart catch some adoration
Behold the Son...behold the Lamb of God
Earth received the blest offer of Salvation
Engineered for you...Himself come as the Word
May your response be Holy...Holy...Holy
As your sin...you own it now right quick
Repentance has its wondrous crowning hour
When the cloud of grace covers your transgressions thick
May joy surround each heart that's been forgiven
Nor where are there weak hallelujah's allowed
But full out praises to our blest Redeemer
Who'll come one day to take us through the clouds
What sinner saved cannot extol the wonder
That God as Son came down to glorify
In life and in death that precious name of Jesus
Come join the choir and His name now magnify
Hallelujah...hallelujah what a Saviour
Who with full obedience did His Father's will
Who came unto His own and though His own received Him not
It did not hinder Him from doing His mission still
The greatest color earth ever received from Heaven
It still portrays the sufferings of our God
Look yonder to the remembrance Cross of Calvary
And watch the drippings of His precious blood
But death could not rehearse again that matter
For once for sin...for sin our Saviour died
They took Him away and laid Him in a borrowed place
They knew for sure...for sure He was Crucified
But in three days came such a testimony
Spoken with authority from an Angel's tongue
He is not here! ...For He has arisen
Spread those glad tidings...hallelujah for the Son!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
