Snowflakes Spiraling Poem by Daniel Miltz

Snowflakes Spiraling

A dreaming beam of light, sighs, knowingly
Teasing with cool pride, and a shining rain
The blushing white sky moans, mercifully
Silent mum, with a windy snowy strain
Moving gently in the quiet terrain
Winter windy sings, in a chilly bright
Stars a twinkle, through, the darkness insane
Lovely songbirds, serenading, into the night
Winter sun closes in sparkle, color delight

Crystalline wint'r dances, unhappily
The nighttime decays, ever so blindly
God draws nature fl'rry, in tranquillity
Whilst, cool new year winter, dances mildly
Into the starlit night, it so kindly
Snowflakes beginning to fall, wild event
Sparkle creates abandonment, wildly
Rippling in passionate, triumph, frowning intent
Our New England hamlet sleeps, in silent ascent
