Snowflakes Falling Poem by Daniel Miltz

Snowflakes Falling

Snowflakes, snowflakes, fallin' from the white sky
Floating gently, from heaven to earth's eye
Snowflakes whisper'ng, 'neath my window po·sies
Cover'ng trees, 'round my doorstep, velvet breeze
Ooh, ooh, cov'ring earth, in its white fun·fair
Happiness and cheer, beauty ev'rywhere

Fav'rite time of year, buzzing ah 'umming
Church bells a ringing; ring-ding-a-linging
With snowflakes kissing, the air all around
Like sparkling angels parachuting down
Speaking to us, through, drifting flurry shine
Heavens snow mystique, kiss of the Divine
