Smile Poem by ANTHONY ANIGBATA

Smile

When you are in a pool of problems
Or over taken by lose or grief
Smile

When stressed by events of life
Or burdened by pains of past
Smile

Life's troubles are myriad
Worse, for those
Who cannot
Forget
The hurt which mutilate the heart

Smile,
When the world is against you
And the deals don't go your way.

Smile,
When the world too hard for you
And your back can't carry,
The burden
Know,
The tortoise carries a heavy shell
But still walks

Smile,
Nothing stops you from progressin'
And if you choose
And if your heart still beats.

Smile,
If your lover a harridan
Or your husband a headache

The barricades doesn't stop
The river from flowing
Always it creates a path to ply.

Smile,
The dark night glooms not forever
The bright day often comes
With the rising sun
Showing It's own
Bright smile.
