after the murdering of so many innocent people in Paris, on November 13th,2015, a publishing project came about... I gave it the title: ‘POETRY AGAINST TERROR’, as a tribute to the countless victims of terror, worldwide. I invited many poets, whom poetry can be read at PoemHunter, to join me, so to write an ebook together. 1 year ago (16 Dec.2014) more than 140 students and staff were killed, many of them executed at point-blank range by gunmen who also detonated bombs around the school buildings.. A sad anniversary.. but we all have to remember. Your poem resonates inside minds and hearts

Love the title! It sends a clear and strong message before the reader even starts with a poem. There is clear and fluid rhythm which emphasizes strong emotions in the poem. In addition, the poem is filled with a central image of pain and grief. I love how you incorporate it without hatred. I especially loved this part: Stony eyes now snatched of seeing It send such a powerful image to audience. Keep up the good work. It's always a pleasure reading your poems!

O wake up people! O wake up now! Stem the deeds of fiendish hands! O wake up people! O wake up now! Let's rid our home of terror bands! A powerful exhortation to the people of the world to get united as a band and oust terrorism from the face of the Earth! Reinstating of peace on Earth be our New year resolution! Great write with powerful diction!

I think no word can portray the atrocity and barbarianism of Peshawer attack. What we all feel is indescribable but at the same time only words can give voice to feelings. Your verse depicts the mercilessness of the attackers very well. The choice of words and metaphor of vultures reinforces the theme.

This is absolutely devastating, I am so sad about the cruelty that has taken place. This poem is a beautiful depiction of truth and honouring the innocent who lost their lives. You're right, the world needs to wake up. Thank you for such thought provoking words.

Such a massacre of innocentes lives (a shameful, meaningless, cruel carnage) recalls those words by Conrad: The horror! The horror! (J. Conrad, Heart of Darkness) . [Wake up people], you say -and you're right. But it seems far too many prefer looking the other way..

It's so sad what's the world is passing trough really its shameful and terrible situation terrorists wars and what for all these aches and wars and how pity that those who are most effected from this tragedies are the innocent people children and the poor people they already are not aware what's going on.not diplomats or terrorists or or they are trying to survive in peace but unfortunately it seems impossible in our days.. Great poem that talks about what's going on the world nowadays shameful and heartbreaking truths what's going on world. I wish a mericle happens I guess we are in need of a merical!
