Sm017. The Nature Or God Poem by Rajaram Ramachandran

Sm017. The Nature Or God

THE MOTHER OF PONDICHERRY

Mother said that the weather was
Under the control of some entities,
Responsible for many natural events
That occurred under their commands.

Once India had drought condition,
And at the request of Mother, the rain
Poured in plenty, flooding every place,
And it stopped when pleased she was.

When she is a universal Mother,
She is also the Mother of Nature,
And there is no doubt in this fact,
Due to her power that begins to act.

Many times she had controlled
The power of cyclone that arrived,
With little damage here and there,
But no harm to residents there.

"It's true, there are no Gods."
"No, there is only one God."
"Nature controls the Universe."
"It's Supernatural power that exists."

In the midst of all these views
What mother says that Gods
Obey the surrendered Souls.
Like Rishis, Munis, and devotees.

That shows a medium that exits
In the shape of different powers,
That cannot be seen with naked eyes,
But it can be felt like the air that blows.

Electricity cannot be seen with eyes,
But it can be felt by its functions,
Thru' bulbs, fans and motors,
Like its hundred of instruments.

So, these powers come under
The influence of the Mother,
To switch "on and off, " any power,
Any time, at her will and pleasure.

She appreciated Anusuya the Mother,
Who turned by her devotional power,
Gods, Brahma, Vishnu, Siva as kids,
In her naked body with no dress.

This itself shows that Gods obeys,
To the spiritual devotees' prayers,
Showing themselves as second
To surrendered souls in the world.
