THE MOTHER OF PONDICHERRY

"India will always lead the world,
As Guru in the spirituality field,
And the world must accept this."
So spoke Mother's inner voice.

"India will be free, " she also said,
"In 30 years, " it so happened
In the year 1947,15th August,
When, with pride, India got it.

At that time Mother was shown
A group photo of congressmen,
And she spotted the India's leader,
Jawaharlal Nehru, the Prime Minister.

Under foreign rule, India came
As a colony for a long time,
And their cunning influence,
Made Indians as rotten citizens.

Mother was sorry for this status
Of this country all those years,
And wished that its spiritual people
Must take o'er from the foreign rule.

"An Indian farmer is more divine,
Than a foreign intellectual person, "
So, she chose Indian Citizenship,
But India gave her dual Citizenship.

Born in France to become an Indian
Was the privilege for her to earn,
And for her influence o'er the people,
They worshipped her as Mother well.

Almost all the Political Leaders,
Presidents, Ministers, Governors,
Met her to receive her blessings,
And faced success in their positions.

Many of her good expectations,
And prophecies for the progress
Of India happen, as we see them
With our eyes from time to time.

She is a source of love and peace,
A great divine gift for all devotees,
Who surrender to seek her blessings,
And what they want even now she gives.
