Slowly Bringing Truth Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Slowly Bringing Truth

Rating: 5.0

I, will; I've waited
slow burning, with truth's dancing
in, my mind's faux fires

Over you because
IAM over you, because
over you; IAM

for you, I became
dusts, beneath your wickedness
but no more, because

you; are last in mind
lost forever, in all time
and time, is but mine

burning memories
fill the air, with embers bared
under, clear night skies

and that clear, I see
this night and forevermore
clarity; rules me

slowly burning slows
my burnings within, my soul
burn ever so; Yo!

My fire's longings burn
molded star bursts dustings clouds
seen, behind the moon

dancing, for my mind
ever soon to come; for me
slowly bringing truth
