Slow down

Is it the heart?
The mind?
or
Love lost?
When your bring each other down

Is it a matter of stay?
Or
Go at all cost? when
Love begins to slow down.

Call out my name!
Am I driving to fast, will the journey
Be worth the pain
Are you holding on tight
Forget the past, will
Tomorrow be just the same

Slow down, melt down
Slow down!

Given love, driven away, another
Begging to stay, dreams once shared
Fantasy now
Feet just made of clay?
