Slogan and Protest by Ink Soul
(Written on 10 August,2024)
A Cry I cry
see on my eyes o dear true and genuine Tears are falling from eyes I cry
Believe me I really Cry
I just cry whole day their is no solution i find I cry
I think too much but think not coming I cry
i failed i cry
as a human being literally failed i cry
I cry I cry and i cry believe me my tears are real
feel my eyes tears voice i really failed and he also failed too and I cry No solution no justice not correct judgement no correct timing i cry
The Judge said that it's not a rarest of the rare case I Cry
believe me dear i really cry that day Tears were flowing out of my heart that day out of pain I cry
where is he i scream i pray you came once why not twice thrice but he is not come i cry
that day i cry a lot yes i cry
a heart-shattering cry felt deep within
a voice lost swallowed by shadows of sorrow I cry
an unseen agony faceless nameless yet I cry
a revolutionary cry born of brokenness and dreams I cry
a search for solace but it slips through my trembling hands
I reach I yearn but find nothing
yes I cry
I cry
I cry and cry
until the world blind to its own cruelty remembers my tears
A cry
not just sound but the unraveling of a soul
A painful cry
etched deep in marrow trembling within the silence
A voiceless ache
carried in my chest cradled in my heart I cry
A faceless wound
unseen unnamed yet still I cry
A revolutionary cry
born not only of rage but of longing of hope denied
I search
for justice for light for my name
I seek but find none
So I cry
Yes I cry
I cry in defiance
I cry
until the cry itself becomes a manifesto
a call to awaken
to rise
to never be silenced again
Yes I cry
I actually cry
cry and cry
yes a revolutionary cry I Cry
until the cry becomes a manifesto
But remember
that cry doesn't make solution
Its make you break mentally
physically
emotionally
spiritually
psychologically
so you need to fight raise voice
until solution come
until solution happened
They even call upon God in those darkest hours
but what can be said when even God turns His face away
When women are raped
when girls are murdered in the most horrific ways
surely they too cry out to God at least once
When Draupadi was being stripped in the royal court
she called upon Lord Krishna
and He came to her aid
But in this Kali Yuga
why doesn't God come even when women call
The question remains
is God truly everywhere or nowhere at all
No one rushes to their cries to their screams
When did humans become so cruel so selfish
Where is the answer to that
What is everyone so afraid of
You too will die one day
Then why not do something good
so your name is written in golden letters in history
Are their emotions their pain their wounds their suffering all meaningless
Were they born only to endure the torment of inhuman beasts
In a land where Goddess Durga is worshipped
why must women suffer so deeply so terribly
Why must they always be told what to say what to wear what to eat
where to go how to live
why is there no one to guide them no one to help
Why should they remain silent
Why shouldn't they speak
Have we ever truly taken responsibility for them
And if we have
where is it written that we must rule over them
They want freedom
They want to live freely
They want to bask in the light of an independent life
Those who do not free women from pain
such people will never thrive
Let us all unite to build a new India
a new Constitution a new justice system
where a woman's life is not treated as cheap or disposable
Why do inhuman men kill those who give birth to life
What is the point of wealth and prosperity
if Lakshmi Herself is missing from our homes
Today's people are lost in reels and fake internet worlds
no one rises no one fights no one protests
they are busy meditating in illusions
My Golden Bengal
you are no longer golden
but that is not your fault
It is the fault of those monsters
who commit crime after crime
rape after rape
without guilt without fear
Mothers sisters daughters little girls grandmothers
they all now live in fear
Who will protect them
Who will take responsibility
And when they try to fight back
they are stopped at every step
I say it now
there is no safety for them on this land
this soil of Bengal is no longer pure
They wait with hope in silence
but time passes and their protests seem fruitless
No one comes to help
If they do nothing they are blamed
"You are worthless"
But when they try to do something
they are stopped by society by law by fear
The land of Bengal has become polluted
A dark storm rises
one that brings chaos and fear
Why do those who give life
lose their lives
We demand education
We demand punishment
We demand justice
We demand change
for those women whose lives were stolen
We will protest
We will march
We will fight
We will build a new India
a brighter freer India
where the flame of justice will always burn
We will not stay silent
We will create change
We will shape a new path for the nation
We will write a new chapter in India's Constitution
a chapter that protects women
a chapter where every citizen stands united
to guard the dignity of every woman
Stand beside us
Let's build a strong fearless front
Let us judge wisely and act after justice is served
May India be educated
May even the heartless learn humanity
Let change begin
Let the eyes of the inhumane open
Let all forms of oppression end
And if cruelty strikes again
I will again write poems like this
to awaken courage
to bring a storm of change
to show the true path
We will rise again
we will protest again
we will move again
and we will demand real justice
If anyone vows to stand with me when this happens again
then let us no longer be silent
let us unite and rise again
We will rebuild a new alliance
We will take a strong unshakable stand
With the spirit of revolution
we shall unite
We won't compromise
We'll walk cautiously yet boldly
We will fight a relentless war against injustice
We will dream of a new dawn
and show the light of new hope
Let our goal be true
Let our destination be shared
With devotion and bravery
we will build a new way
a way where no evil will remain
And we will say
"This dream turned real this is the new India"
In the light of education
in the land of dreams
a girl searches for life
hiding in darkness exhausted
her wounds bleeding silently
as she stands for justice
In the corners of hospitals echo her cries
A doctor who once dreamt
now lost under a dark sky
Her pain plants seeds in the soul
True peace will come only through courage
In the silence her voice echoes still
In the dampness of death her tears are heavy
We will never forget her name
Together we will protest
until real protection is guaranteed
In our hearts her memory shall live
The flame of freedom will shatter every chain
We will stand together against injustice
The light of belief will spread
step by step on the path of safety
The silence of death resounds with pain
A girl is gone without a trace
Justice carries the burden of her grief
The path of humanity remains clouded in darkness
But let hope for safety never die within us
The legal system is polluted
ruined by corrupt politicians
Who will write the next fair chapter in law
If you go to court the case will run for generations
Better to raise your voice
Better to fight
So much corruption corruption corruption
layer upon layer
Even corruption now cries out
"These politicians of Bengal have mastered using me"
The question of women's safety has erupted
A storm has risen
we cannot remain silent anymore
We must act
we must protect
So many words can be written
but what's the use
No one reads
No one listens
So let me end by saying
if you find even a little time in your life
open the pages of history
Read them
You'll understand everything
You'll feel their struggle
You'll recognize their pain
Only then will you understand
why they were, and always will be, the greatest
