Most people literally never acknowledged, affirmed, or praised others performance. They only acknowledged their mistakes. An encouraging word would cost them nothing and mean the world to others.
When someone experiences a major setback or disappointment, for example, we need to be careful not to dismiss their pain or frustration. Likewise, it’s usually a bad idea to lecture about what they could or should have done differently.
On one hand, the right words at the wrong time can be just as damaging as the wrong words. On the other hand, the right word spoken at the right time can make all the difference for someone.
A short poem that is big enough for us to facilitate a debate. Power is mostly in our mouths. It takes more than good thoughts and deeds to build people up. The real creative power is in the words we use. This is what it takes to develop the people around us.

Slanderous words Like speeding arrow Spreading hate and rage.............and IF UNTRUE that would be so terrible. Innocent persons would suffer painfully. We must live and talk for PEACE, that would be toveliest and most beautiful for the surrounds we live in, brotherhood of men and soul sistership. Yes, we should avoid slanderous words it will increase the number of persons who hate us. A poem with an universal appeal.
