This poem is the reason I shouldn't read poetry while I'm at work. I was literally sobbing for a good ten minutes. I just went through that with my angel pup. It's a tough situation but you know the saying: 'All dogs go to Heaven.'

Very powerful. I saw the flashbacks in my head of when your pup was younger ('swimming...showing you off') . Those decision are definitely the hardest to make. -Michael
