Sins are like snakes
that I hid inside a casket
and hid it inside my body.
My mind and intellect
knows the sin, hiding in me.
I want God's best more than
I want the temporary
pleasures outside His will.
Sin feeds a dangerous cycle
of misplaced desire,
defiance, disobedience
and destruction in my life.
When I give in to sin,
I sign up for eventual suffering.
It will eventually end in weeping.
