The helplessness of the subject of this poem is painfully palpable. I really like the compassion and the intimation that we are all both the archers and the targets of the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, to quote Shakespeare. Well done.

This was a painful read, I don't know why but I just find this slightly troubling, what is normal, still a good write

The sinner should turn around and repent of their wicked ways and also ask Gods forgiveness just like the victims. When it rains or shines it falls on the just as well as the unjust. Victims do not grow weary of well doing for in due time you will reap just what you sow. Very inspiring write Dave.

This poem is a nice piece. Meaningful thoughts. People oustside are passing a life full of nothing. Really, where are we going? We must start to learn and see new things in life. I agree there are so many injustice. Very well Dave

unfortunately in any form of pain little children are always caught in the cross fire and at times are blamed.. agreed with Mr. Thomas just being aware and saying some words either of kindness or to snap others out of ignorance, helps all victims

The only answer I have to this problem is, what goes around comes around! ! The wrongdoers have to pay in the end, thats what I believe! Excellent write!

A powerful poem Dave. Life throws up so many unanswered questions. The scales of justice seem to favour the wrongdoer and not the victim.

Thanks for raising your voice against the sinners.Rabindranath Tagore wrote a poem on it.One who commits sin and the other who endures it should be hated by all. They are equally committing crime.
