We feel lucky on earth. Any fair-minded person knows that there is pain and suffering and yet with balance of thought and perspective we seen and feel the good and the silence delivers us and refreshes us and allows us to appreciate.

In silent meditation, we hear the faint whispering of the spirit, and we come into direct contact with the universal spirit. The Yogi's and 'Acharyas' of the old had many mystical experiences in deep meditation and they got many mysteries of life unsolved.
