Life has been destined to coil in the cycle of good and evil...no wonder mind, specially human mind is caught held in good and bad thoughts that result in relative karma or action and thereon next to the relative result of experience....thought provoking poem

The answer to the questions asked is in the poem itself. Actually speaking, mind is the seat of duality and this is creating all the problems. Mind is a collection of thoughts and nothing else. Thoughts can give us a restless time. The same applies to our mind as well. The lesser the thoughts, the more peaceful we are. Peace is a state lying beyond mind. 'Peace of mind' is only an approximation when the mind is almost calm. We can actually live with lesser thoughts and without a mind if we can see our mind and thoughts as a witness. Thoughts will come and go. Mental agitation will come and go like waves in an ocean. Our getting identified with our mind and thoughts is the very troublesome area. Otherwise, a peaceful world is really assured for all of us. Thanks for sharing the poem.
