Silence, After A Death Poem by james watkin

Silence, After A Death

Black chasm of lost causes;
Last of hope sinking through.
Hembane-lined, with
Stalactite's scouging view.

Void heart-space. Who begets it
To his own legacy
Deaf! Aft-recall's
Thought-dropped resonancy.

Caught up in a furious
Flap of soul's reclaiming.
In what thunders
Of its Lord's proclaiming.
