'Refraining from feeling, Thinking, recollecting. aching, apprehending Fearing, being anxious, imagining, doubting, Functioning mentally; '...very true...also silence doesn't mean to mute the mind which is impossible...vow of silence guides us to focus our thinking on the Lord alone....likewise practising meditation too on some divine thing only in silence...nice theme...nice write....thank you
