You have captured the essence of 'Silence' brilliantly in this poem 10
A very touching piece Andrew, you can feel the sadness of how it would feel to have such beautiful sounds stolen from the passion of one heart. Lovely poem my friend 10+
Alison said it so well Andrew and I agree. All the best Love duncan X
Andrew this is amazing! And so different from your usual style. You capture the anguish that Beethoven must have felt when he could no longer hear the magnificent music that sang so loudly in his head. I hope this poem is not a personal statement, but that it comes straight from your imagination or the inspiration of a friend or encounter. A very moving poem. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
This poem is fantastic. You are a ver good poet. I love how this poem talks about how silence can make someone not happy with the way other people cannot hear, very good.
A very meaningful piece Andrew. I understand it perfectly. But the NHS hearing aids - digital ones - are really a great help. Not 100 % but pretty near to it. enjoyed this one. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
Andrew, what superb empathy you have for another. You know so well how to make a poem flow like a river of your love. Simply captivated me....
Andrew, Having a hearing deficet, I can toally reltate so very well with this. Once again, you have mastered a beautifull piece with descrption of life without sound...Expertly written with your majical pen.......
We take our hearing for granted, how well you have explained how it must feel to be deaf and unable to hear anything, an excellent write from an excellent poet, 10 Lynda xx

oh Dear, it is really very sad.......very nicely said.........bereft of the music of sound life.........
Hi, Anhrew, Your sad song is very nice, especially for those who loves and appreciates to a silence sound.... 10x10, Sincerely, Tsira
The birds songs, they disappear, that is so sad, there is something very sweet when the birds are singing, it lifts the spirits high. Being slightly deaf myself it is missing the end of a joke, or not quite catching the gist of the conversation. Still old age catches up along with these sorts of problems I'm afraid. Even hearing aids are not perfect. Very well written piece, lovely words and great subject. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
