To shine, Serve!
Serve with an attitude of humility and excellence,
Be grateful for the privilege to serve,
Serve as if it is your last day on earth,
Serve with grace, passion and present your best self always.
For that's the most honourable way to brighten your star!

To shine, Support!
Show kindness to the poor and the rich,
Help and reach out to the young and old,
Be part to plant, build, repair and create solutions,
Give in cash or kind, little or in abundance.
For that's the surest way to be positioned for greatness!

To shine, Submit!
Show respect and deep reverence to anyone that comes your way,
Honour those in authority and those on the streets,
Lay low for those who don't even deserve your kind,
Go down, learn, listen and live to appreciate the simple things in others.
For that's the finest way to reach to the top!

To shine, Stand!
In your failures, learn to stand out tall,
Stand for the oppressed and the less-privileged,
Stand strong to hold and lift others up.
In your fall, stand up and do it over again,
Stand upright and ready to jump your hurdles of life,
For that's the greatest way to see what's ahead of you!

To shine, Soar!
Rise above your situation and the environment,
Lift yourself up from mediocrity,
Fly above and beyond the vast blue skies,
Soar into the outer space and giant galaxies.
For that's the closest way to get to God!

To shine, Smile!
Smile when people are rude to you,
Smile when things don't go your way,
Smile in your pains and in your fears,
Give it a smile, even when you're disqualified,
Manage a smile when you have nothing on you.
For that's the purest way to keep going till you make it at last!
