Sometimes the ones you love don't have to drive away to die, sometimes it takes years to shed. Sometimes they just walk around and you pretend they're alive, when they're really the walking dead. Emotion in this was remarkable. Loved it. - K.
Such a brave and original poem deserves the same compliment, but I also want you to know that this gave me goosebumps, even though I'm not the first to say so. Thank you for your courage with words that must be terribly difficult to string together.

Reading this gave me goosebumps and that doesn't happen with many poems I read...
My mom was defeated by my step father, i was young and couldnt help... To top things off she died of cancer, ......the point im making is if thiers hope, then take it........
