Love is the ink in that pen and thanksgiving is the pen clutched in a good man's hand. She asked for a poem, hopefully the lives spent together was the supreme poem.

Whose home life tends to the many needs of three linked by vows and destiny without illusions. Whose many lives commingle to fulfill dreams of final conclusions.

'Can anyone capture the essence of another person in a painting, photo, or written words that last? ' Very well written lines.. You might nor capture the essence of another person in poetry, but you certainly captured the hardships of trying to do so.. Thank you for sharing..

As this superb poem points out in it's very first line, 'Can anyone capture the essence of another person...'. Those are quite profound words, Jim, just as this poem is a profound write. It is beautifully phrased from beginning to end, and does very effectively tell a good bit about the person, Helene, apparently a teacher. It is a very impressive write. Carl.

Thinking deeply and writing cleverly. You have started out on your road and it's good to see you on it. May it be free of obstacles.
