She And The Rains Poem by Akhtar Jawad

She And The Rains

Rating: 5.0

As long as my eyes are the windows of rains,
As long as my ears are the gates of a love song,
As long as my fingers are thirsty of delicacy,
I am right and all the others are wrong,

As long as mating of air and water is going on,
As long as I listen to the thunders of the ocean's bird,
Sometimes from the west sometimes from the east,
I am conquered by a touche inside my emotion's bird,

I unconditionally surrender to the mighty nature,
War! And that too with nature is the worst of sinning,
It's love due to that my brown earth is orbiting
It's love due to that my green earth is spinning

Clouds force the heat of the hate for a withdrawal,
A cloudy weather is love of the lovely nature,
As long as I listen to the the thunders of the clouds,
Welcome rains from a deeply buried inside treasure!

Let me collect the pearls let me collect the diamonds,
Le the icicles make the glass opaque for the outside light,
My beloved is with me nothing else I need,
The naughty moon behind the bars, she and the night!

An exquisitely beautiful poem on love and nature! Nature reflects love in so many ways and only a receptive heart can reflect it.
