a lovely poem..you have brought out a 'she' personality..she is honest and talented...what she lacks is the package glamour..beauty is in the beholder's heart not even eye..'she' seems to bring wisdom and warmth to all...rat race and gold glittering are stuffs which demean human..gold is just a metal...rat race is what is spoiling humanity...as rajesh said your 'she' will not be a part of both

First thing dear, sincerity and honesty are strong enough to defeat any artificial attire, like glamour. Second, i dont think she consoles herself as you have mentioned in the last stanza. She repeatedly reminds herself of the eternal truth....all that glitters is not gold..... I enjoyed your poem, dear!
