'शव का पंचनामा' में एक भिखारी को लावारिस समझ कर उसकी लाश को पुलिस फूँकने ले जा रही है कि उसका पड़ौसी सुदामा आकर उसके बारे में बताता है. ऐसे न जाने कितने वाक़े होते होंगे. कविता में ऐसे सभी बेनाम लोगों की पीड़ा अपनी पूरी तीव्रता के साथ व्यक्त होती है. संक्षेप में कहूँ तो यह वर्णन हृदय विदारक है. आपको मैं दिल की गहराई से धन्यवाद कहता हूँ, तिवारी जी.
